Who doesn't love desserts? Cakes, pastries, cookies.. But all those sweets are not good neither for the health nor for the figure. I suggest to prepare tender, tasty and healthy souffle, which will intrigue Your guests ;)

Ingredients

  • Flakes cereal

    0.5 cup

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Ryazhenka

    1.5 cup

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Red currants

    100 g

  • Aronia

    70 g

  • Honey

    1.5 Tbsp

Cooking

Cover the gelatine with 6 tbsp of cold boiled water and leave to swell for 40-60 minutes If you use instant gelatine, skip this step.
