Bread with cheese layer
The bread cooked very easily, without yeast, with the addition of bacon and cheese. Served to guests instead of the usual - what we need. Welcome!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Oat flakes

    50 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Dried apricots

    50 g

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Milk

    175 ml

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Paprika sweet

    1 g

  • Oregano

    1 g

  • Garlic

    1 g

  • Sesame

    5 g

Finely chop the bacon. Add to it grated cheese and a little paprika, dried garlic and oregano.

Dried apricots wash, dry and chop very finely (without dried apricots in General). Nuts grind in a large crumb. Sift flour with salt and baking soda in a bowl, add cereal, apricots and nuts. Mix well.

Mix the yogurt with milk.

Pour in the flour and mix well. The dough will be very soft. Dump on floured surface and, helping with flour, knead the dough (I added another somewhere half a Cup of flour). The dough is very soft. The hands should always be in the flour.

Divide the dough into 2 equal parts

One part to leave on the Board with flour. Spread the dough with your hands in the shape of an oval (circle).

Spread the stuffing on top of the bacon.

The edges of the dough put the filling (to bend inwards). The dough is very nice-soft, easy to work with.

The second part of the dough to cover first.

On the tray lay baking paper, grease it with oil. Put the dough and give it an oval shape. With a knife make incisions in the form of mesh, spread on top of the egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Put in a preheated oven of about 180*C for 35 min.
