Chicken pot pie
Delicate, light and delicious cake - what you need for summer. Chicken meat, zucchini, cheese and thyme - the perfect combination of products.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Adyghe cheese

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

  • Thyme

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Onion cut into half rings, garlic chop, fry. A breast boil, finely chop.

Add 1 zucchini, cut into small slices, boil for 10 minutes.

Grate cheese on a grater. Beat eggs with salt rim.

Add the cheese, cream, flour and half of the cheese, mix well. Put the browned vegetables and meat, season with salt and pepper, mix well. Put into a form, lubricated with oil. Sprinkle with thyme and pepper.

From above to lay out slices of zucchini, sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Increase the temperature to 220 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes.
