Chocolate cake with dried fruit
Fragrant, delicious cupcake. Quickly prepared, stored for a long time.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Vanilla

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Nuts

    1 cup

  • Dried fruits

    1.5 cup

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Carnation

Cooking

Eggs, beat at high speed until fluffy foam, then add sugar and vanilla. Beat all together for 10 more minutes.

Dried fruits grind, not very fine

Also grind nuts, can be quite into crumbs, you can just chop coarsely

Mix: flour, baking powder, chocolate, nuts, dried fruit, add in the beaten mixture. Pour the cognac, add cinnamon and (optional) cloves. All mix well.

Spread the dough in a greased form, put in a preheated oven (180 deg.) and bake until tender (50 – 60 minutes).
