Cooking
First prepare the dough: beat Butter with sugar, add the egg and beat again.
Flour mixed with baking powder and combine with the beaten ground. Knead soft, pliable dough and send for an hour in the fridge. Flour may take more or less, depending on its quality.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling: mix cottage Cheese with powdered sugar and add whipped in a solid foam cream. The cream must be well chilled beforehand. Blend again, until smooth.
Soak the gelatin in cold water and dissolve in hot cherry juice mixed with sugar. Allow to cool to room temperature. You can not bother and just buy any jelly red color and cook according to instructions on the pack, just water to take it two times less.
The dough is divided into parts and fill them baskets. Bottom prick with a fork to avoid puffing.
Bake at 200 C for 10-12 minutes until Golden color.
