Casserole of beef with potatoes and plum sauce
Tender, delicious casserole. Mashed potatoes can be replaced by pumpkin. And meat too you can take to your taste.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Berry sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Walnuts

    20 g

  • Semi-dry red wine

    200 ml

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Bread crumbs

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

1. Meat wash, dry, cut into cubes.

2. In a saucepan with a thick bottom heat the oil and fry the meat until Golden brown. Onion cut into cubes, add to meat and fry for 3 minutes.

3. Add the honey, give the products slightly caramelize. Then pour in the wine, bring to a boil. Then add the rosemary. add salt and pepper and simmer over low heat until the meat is tender. May need to add a little more water.

4. Then to the meat add the nuts, plum sauce and cook for another 10 minutes. Then the meat is cool, use a fork to disassemble into small pieces. Potatoes cleaned, boil in water until soft. Drain potatoes crushed with butter.

5. In the form put the meat, I put in portion of the form, from top to pour the sauce in which meat was extinguished.

6. Then put mashed potatoes, I push through the nozzle.

7. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and put slices of butter.

8. Preheat the oven to 180C. Bake the casserole until Golden brown about 10-15 minutes. Bon appetit!
