Liver with apples and cranberries
The liver is always helpful, fast and budget! Apples and cranberry sauce add to the usual taste of liver the best taste and flavor! The liver can take any, I have the liver of a Turkey.

Ingredients

  • Liver Turkey

    400 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Berry sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

The liver slice, fry in olive oil on both sides until Golden brown. Transfer to a plate, cover with foil and set aside.

The honey and fry for 1-2 minutes. Pour in brandy and ignite.
