Lush, airy and delicious pancakes for the buckwheat flour with the scent of oranges and coffee. Very elegant and festive taste. Treat yourself and your loved ones during the holidays:)

Cooking
First, three orange zest and squeeze the juice out of it, I get 150 ml of juice. Whisk the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt. Delicious with brown sugar, but if not, you can with white. I took 3 tbsp, it's not very sweet, but more sugar is not worth taking, so the pancakes do not burn.
Add to the scrambled eggs 300 ml of yogurt and orange juice. Put a little less than a teaspoon of baking soda, quenching is not necessary, the acid of yogurt and juice is more than enough. The orange zest and a teaspoon with a slide of freshly ground coffee. Stir.
Add 10 tablespoons of buckwheat flour.
Mix and add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch. Again mix well.
Spread with a spoon into a frying pan heated with vegetable oil and fry from two parties under the lid for 2 minutes on each side.
Delicious to eat with sour cream mixed with cinnamon and sugar if you like it sweeter (I did not). Bon appetite!:)
