Cooking
Beat eggs. Soak raisins in hot water.
Melt margarine and allow to cool to warm temperature. From lemons remove seeds and mince or chop in a blender.
Curd RUB through a sieve or blend in a blender, add sugar, sour cream, bicarbonate of soda and carefully whisk. Add margarine, eggs, lemon , all to mix, then gradually add the flour.
Knead the dough and add raisins. Mix well.
Pour the batter over the cups. I have a silicone baking dish and bake for approximately 30 minutes at a temperature of 200C.
Get cupcakes, cool, put out of shape and sprinkle with powdered sugar. I got 6 large muffins and width, and in height, because of the molds large in diameter. I baked in this form for the first time. Standard sizes make 12 cupcakes are simply divine. Bon appetit!
