Description
A very unusual cake, as created from several recipes at once. The dough with the pumpkin, nuts and cinnamon, and cream cheese curd. The combination of flavors! It was a gift for my friend Elena Pervushina. As Helen loves pumpkin, I tried to please her. A cake named after her "Helen!", and decorated very gently, to be worthy of her beauty!

Cooking
First mix the vegetable oil and brown sugar.
Then add sour cream and mix well with a whisk so that the sugar is dissolved.
Then add one egg, beating well with a whisk.
Then add pumpkin, grated on a fine grater and mix once more.
Mix in a bowl all the dry ingredients - flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, nutmeg.
Add the dry mixture in a bowl and knead the dough with a whisk.
Raisins pour hot water for 10 minutes. Walnuts grind.
Nuts and raisins added to the dough and stir.
Form for baking grease with butter and sprinkle with flour.
Pour the dough into the pan and put in preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
Ready cake once cooled cut lengthwise into 2 Korzh.
Prepare the cream. Cottage cheese mix well with icing sugar. Then add soft butter and condensed milk.
All good beat with a mixer until fluffy, airy mass.

To make the cake according to Your taste. For decoration I used chocolate and caramel chips, wafer roses.
