Cheese cake soufflé with a banana
For fans of bananas!!! Very tasty, tender cake. It doesn't take a lot of time when cooking, but will extend the hours of enjoyment during the evening tea with the whole family or gatherings with friends!!!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Gelatin

    2 Tbsp

  • Cookies

    350 g

  • Banana

    4 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Water

    50 ml

Form to cover with paper.

Cookies grind in a plastic bag or blender.

Melt the butter in the microwave and mix with the biscuits. In cake form put cookies and spread evenly, pressing firmly over the entire area. Put into the refrigerator while preparing filling.

Cream whisk until stable peaks. Egg white with sugar, too whisk until stable peaks.

Gelatin cover with water ( 50 ml), allow to swell and heat up on the stove to dissolve. Do not boil.

In blender mix egg yolks, cottage cheese, vanilla, and gelatin.

Make mashed bananas.

In a Cup put the banana puree, whipped cream and proteins.

Gradually add cottage cheese and very carefully stir.

Put all in form on the layer of biscuits. Put them in the cold for a couple of hours. Better at night.

Decorate with banana and chocolate. Or as You like.
