Pork with cabbage
Got my hands on the magazine, 2011 article "Food for cancer". This article provides the basics of proper nutrition, developed by German scientists to prevent cancer. The article also posted anti-cancer recipes and this is one of them. Was looking at the website for ingredients like keychains and similar recipe is not found, decided to share the recipe. If you find the same - throw Slippers ))) will transfer to the journal.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    250 g

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

Cooking

We need these vegetables, plus meat, sour cream, butter for frying, salt and pepper.

Cabbage cut into large pieces. Put into the form, pre-lubricated small. Fill it with water.

Meat cut into medium-sized strips. Fry in a well heated pan for 2-3 minutes.

Spread the meat on the cabbage.

Cut onion, fry it in oil until transparent.

Add to the onions carrots. Fry for another minute.

Onion and carrot spread on the meat.

Pour tomatoes with boiling water, remove the skins. Slice into small cubes.

Tomato sprinkle with salt and add sour cream. Stir.

Tomato with sour cream spread on top of meat and vegetables. Cover the form with foil and put into the oven for 50 minutes (180 degrees).

Then remove foil and bake another 20 minutes.

It turns out very tender and juicy meat with vegetables. Served as a separate dish. Very tasty!
