Rabbit in sour cream sauce with mushrooms
Suggest you try a delicious, healthy dish of rabbit in a cream sauce. Not a very complicated recipe, amazing taste and aroma. The first dish I tried at a picnic with our friends. They cooked rabbit in a pot over the fire. I can't tell you how much that was delicious!!! In General, you go, help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Rabbit

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    3 handful

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Prunes

    2 handful

  • Sour cream

    6 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    3 handful

  • Allspice

    0.5 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

Cooking

The rabbit cut into portions.

Obsurity slightly in the pan and transfer to a plate.

Onions finely chop, carrots to RUB on a grater and to extinguish to softness in the oil left over from the rabbit.

Cut mushrooms into quarters, prunes cut in half and add to the onions with carrots.

Put the pieces of rabbit.

For the sauce mix the sour cream, soy sauce, dried (or better fresh, finely chopped) parsley, ground black pepper, chili and paprika.

Pour sauce over rabbit. If the cream is very thick, add 1/2 Cup water.

Simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
