Delicious pastries, which is simple and fast to cook, strudels are baked from ready-made puff pastry. Apples, almonds, vanilla pudding, crispy thin dough - all together very tasty and flavorful. Interesting cooking technique spied on the Ukrainian TV channel.

Cooking
To start, defrost the puff pastry layer
Apples cleaned and cut into small cubes, put in a bowl, pour lemon juice and add sugar
Add to the apples chopped almonds and mix well. The stuffing is ready.
Prepare the sauce: in a Cup pour the milk, add 2 tbsp of powdered sugar, vanilla and starch. Stir. Instead of powdered sugar and starch, you can use ready mix for vanilla pudding or custard. Yolk mix with a fork, with a teaspoon of cold water. Turn on the oven to preheat to 190 degrees. C.
Roll out puff pastry into a thin rectangle (30x25 cm) and divide it into three equal strips, 10 cm wide
On each strip spread the Apple filling
Grease the edges of the strips soaked in water with a brush and turn the roll, the lateral edges of rolls of compressible

In each strudel pour a tablespoon of pudding mixture. Wait for the mixture to come through, and lubricates the surface of the yolk
Put in preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes. If the surface is heavily romanitsa, cover her with a sheet of white paper. Remove the cakes from the oven, slightly cooled and remove mini strudels from the molds.
Chilled strudel sprinkle with 1 tbsp of powdered sugar, preferably vanilla flavor. You can drink tea!
