Cooking
Chickpeas soak overnight in water.
Chicken fillet cut into pieces (2 cm).
Cut the vegetables into large cubes, chop the garlic.
In a deep frying pan in vegetable oil fry the onion (2-5 min).
Add the fillets, season with salt. Stir until the meat turns white. Be careful not to desiccate the meat (especially if you use the breast). Lightly grabbing — sufficient.
Add the peppers and garlic, stir. Simmer 2-4 minutes.
Add the remaining chickpeas. Swollen chickpeas are well chewed, but it remains elastic and feels good on the teeth — I like it. But if you like soft chickpeas, can pre-boil. Simmer about 5 minutes.
Add the mushrooms, stir. Simmer everything for another 5-10 minutes.
Turn off the stove, add chopped parsley, stir.
Traditionally, Tavuk Hotchpotch is cooked in a clay Skeet with a wall height of about 4 cm, But if your kitchen is like mine, there is an abundance of kitchen utensils, you can take a portion of clay pots or ceramic baking dish. Put our mixture in the pot. I divided them into 4 PCs.
Sprinkle with grated cheese. I have Gouda. Put in a preheated 200°C for 25-30 minutes. Cheese should melt and brown a light brown.
