  • Water

    300 ml

Preparation: 1. Potatoes, eggs, boil in salted water; 2. Potatoes, eggs, sausage, greens finely chop; 3. Cucumbers and radishes grate on a coarse grater;

4. Products are placed in a pot, pour 1 liter of yogurt and 0.5 tan (tan swirl), mix well;

5. Add the remaining yogurt (1 l), water (300 ml) and tan (0.5 liters), add salt to taste. Bon appetit!
