Easy vegetable salad for those watching their figure and adheres to proper nutrition! Suitable as a side dish with boiled or grilled chicken, Turkey, lean fish.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    6 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Green beans

    70 g

  • Green peas

    1 handful

  • Flax seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

  • Balsamic

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Slightly pripuskaet beans and peas. I do it in the microwave for 3 minutes in a closed container.

Cut tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers.

Add kidney beans and peas.

Spread on a dish, sprinkle with flax seed, pepper and seasoned with balsamic vinegar and lemon juice. You can also season with soy sauce or olive oil.
