Cake
Three cake flavor is biscuit, rice - zukaty layer and raspberry souffle. Perfectly combined and complement each other. Pamper your fighter!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Candied

    100 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Ice cream

    150 g

  • Raspberry

    4 Tbsp

  • Chocolate milk

  • Semi-sweet red wine

    25 ml

Cooking

Boil the rice in milk until tender.

To the rice add candied fruits, vanilla, egg. Mix well.

Beat eggs with sugar in a magnificent mass for 4-5 minutes with a mixer.

Gently add the flour, cocoa, baking soda.

The form for baking lay a paper, lubricated with oil. Put the rice stuffing.

Pour on top of biscuit.

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180C until tender. Flip.

Raspberries grind in a blender, add sugar, 1 tablespoon wine, gelatin, mix well. Heating this mixture to dissolve the sugar and gelatin. (In the microwave or in a water bath).

Add the melted ice cream. Raspberry - gelatin mixture beat with a mixer for 5-6 minutes.

To fill this mass all the space above the cake top. Leave to harden for 1-2 hours.

On top decorate with melted chocolate.
