Zucchini with tomatoes and pears
This dish is prepared from a small number of ingredients. In a sauce of tomatoes and pears courgettes work just great, very nice texture: crunchy, but not raw, and prigotovleny. Thank you so much for this recipe Marina.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    800 g

  • Tomato

    600 g

  • Pear

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Marjoram

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Cooking

Tomatoes, pour boiling water, leave for 2 minutes, then rapidly rinse them with cold water. Adriati crosswise and remove skin and seeds.

Tomatoes cut into small pieces, put in a pan with vegetable oil.

Add marjoram. Stew 7 minutes (to evaporate moisture).

Simmer 10-15 minutes, without covering with a lid. As a result of this sequence of laying the zucchini out very nice texture: crunchy, but not raw, and prigotovleny. Zucchini has a delicate, very delicate taste. And, interestingly, in a frying pan wasn't juice, it's all left in the zucchini that was very juicy.
