Baguette with cheese and rosemary
What better homemade bread?... Only homemade baguette with cheese and rosemary! A Cup of coffee, sun-dried tomato on a slice of spicy cheese baguette... very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Rosemary

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Yeast

    15 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Flour

    3 cup

Heat olive oil in a pan, add finely chopped rosemary, stir and remove from heat. Add warm milk, water, sugar and salt, stir. Dissolve in this mixture the yeast. Stir in the grated cheese and stir.

Sift the flour and knead soft dough. Sprinkle it with flour, cover with towel and put in a warm place for 1 hour. Then the dough need to press down and allow to rise again.

Form the dough 2 baguette, put on with a silicone Mat (or parchment paper) baking sheet. Splash with water, sprinkle with sea salt, let stand 20-30 minutes. Make with a sharp knife, slant cuts. Then place in a preheated to 250°C oven and bake for 3 minutes, then the temperature should be lowered to 200°C and bake for another 15-20 minutes, until tender.
