Cooking

step-0
These meatballs can be cooked with any meat, even without the "Hercules". The main thing is to keep the proportion of chicken meat should be half of the total meat and cooked cereals
step-1
Cereal boil to the consistency of very thick porridge. Originally, this time was added a chicken cube, but now I refused it-just salted porridge. Scrolling through a meat grinder. Now I'm wondering-why cereal? Probably, it was such a homegrown analogue soybeans)))But-much more useful!
step-2
Rice is boiled until half-cooked (it turns out about a handful of cooked rice). Also meat, onion and garlic scrolled through a meat grinder. Meat, oatmeal and rice mix, salt, and pepper. In forcemeat add the egg
step-3
The beef is ready. Boiling water salt, pepper, add favorite spices (I don't put anything but salt of aperta). Optional-can add carrots, onions and celery to broth. The heat under the pan diminish and begin to build our little meatballs and throw into boiling water. As the meat turns out quite sticky - periodically moisten hands with water. Chicken mince is a liquid, but when injected into the hot water, meatballs immediately seize and become elastic. They belong to the pot a lot
step-4
By 5 minutes-our meatballs are ready. Serve them with your favorite sauce, or simply with fresh vegetables. The aroma around the house is great. Our meatballs are dense and lightweight
step-5
Welcome to the table!
