Cooking
Boil the lentils until tender in salted water.
Prepare the vegetables and herbs.
Tomato cut into small cubes.
Sweet pepper cut into cubes, onion-half rings. Finely chop the greens.
With half of the lemon to remove the zest. Squeeze the juice from half of a lemon. To the lemon juice add the vegetable oil Oleina pepper, salt to taste. Whisk the dressing.
Boiled lentils are cooled, add the prepared vegetables and herbs. Pour dressing and mix well.
