Description
A light and tasty salad with orange, cabbage, dried lime, raisins and dressed with aromatic sauce. This salad is rich in vitamins, which are needed in the spring.

Cooking
1. Wash the cabbage, dry it with a paper towel and cut into thin shavings. Place the cabbage in a bowl and sprinkle with a pinch of salt, grind the Kale (with your hands) to release the juice.
2. The skin of an orange grated on a medium grater. Orange peeled and cut into small slices. Dried lime cut into small pieces.
3. Raisins pour boiling water. After 5 minutes the water is drained, the cooled raisins.
4. Mix all the chopped ingredients in a bowl. A bit of zest leave for decorating salad.
5. Prepare the salad dressing. Three tablespoons of vegetable oil, mix to taste with the lime juice. Add a pinch of salt, and a pinch of sugar, whisk the sauce with a fork.
6. Refill the salad is prepared sauce and gently stir.
7. Arrange the salad in a bowl, sprinkle with roasted seeds, the remnants of the peel and serve. Decorate the salad to your liking. Bon appetit!
