Cooking
Prepare the products.
Chop the vegetables and herbs. Grind the garlic.
Cauliflower boil for 3-5 minutes after boiling in slightly salted water. Recline in a colander and let cool.
Prepare salad dressing : mix balsamic vinegar, sugar and salt. Add the vegetable oil.
In a Cup put the chopped vegetables boiled cauliflower, chopped garlic, parsley. Add dressing and stir. Put in the fridge for 1 hour.
