Cooking
Prepare the products.
Cauliflower disassemble on inflorescences and boil for 3-5 minutes in salted boiling water. Recline in a colander and douse with cold water.
In a Cup add the egg, 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp corn starch. Lightly whisk.
Bake 2 pancake. Cool. Cut into "noodles."
Pumpkin cut into strips. Fry 3 minutes in mustard oil, adding 1 tsp sugar. Cool.
In a Cup squeeze lemon juice, add the sugar, soy sauce and pepper sauce ( 2-3 drops, optional ). Add dressing to vegetables and pancakes. Stir.
