Salad
Experimenting with his ingredients to ensure healthy nutrition for not only myself and my husband, but baby that needs all the most useful, especially at the stage of pregnancy, there is a second method of preparing folic salad (previously posted a similar recipe cooked by a different method). As you know folic acid at this stage is necessary, and it is contained in large amounts in leafy salads, especially spinach.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

  • Spinach

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Apple

    0.5 piece

  • Sprouts

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

Cooking

Rinse the lettuce Lolo Rosso + Lolo Bionda and bean sprouts, pour into a bowl

Cut the Apple into cubes

Cut the tomato into medium pieces

Pour into a bowl, add the spinach (I have a "White dacha" washed mini spinach, I poured the whole box). Sprinkle with salt, pour olive oil.
