Ingredients

  • Lettuce

  • Balsamic

    50 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken fillet

    250 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Radishes

  • Mushrooms

    6 piece

  • Mustard

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Peas

    10 g

  • Beans

To prepare the products.

Cut into quarters cherry tomatoes, julienne cut the cucumber and radish. Put salad mix in a bowl. To the salad add chopped quartered cherry tomatoes and julienne cucumber with radish.

Mushrooms cut into quarters, chicken fillet into thin slices, green beans cut in half. In a frying pan with olive oil to fry chicken, mushrooms, beans. At the end of cooking add salt, pepper to taste, cream of Modena, mustard and a small amount of water. Once all the ingredients are steamed, remove from heat.

On a serving plate, put the mix vegetables on top of sauteed vegetables with the fillets and pour the resulting sauce. The finished dish garnish with pea sprouts and drizzle with a little balsamic cream of Modena.
