Mushrooms cut into quarters, chicken fillet into thin slices, green beans cut in half. In a frying pan with olive oil to fry chicken, mushrooms, beans. At the end of cooking add salt, pepper to taste, cream of Modena, mustard and a small amount of water. Once all the ingredients are steamed, remove from heat.
On a serving plate, put the mix vegetables on top of sauteed vegetables with the fillets and pour the resulting sauce. The finished dish garnish with pea sprouts and drizzle with a little balsamic cream of Modena.
