Description
An unusual combination of fruit salad with chicken breast and a creamy citrus dressing. Cook simple, but the result is very unusual.

Let's start with grapefruit. 1/3 of squeeze the juice in a saucepan. From the rest of the absorbed pulp and the extracted juice is poured into the pot. Add to the juice with the sugar and liqueur, put on medium heat and ovarium 2 times. Allow to cool.
Iceberg lettuce torn into pieces, chicken breast sliced, kiwi clean and cut, all mix in a bowl.
To the cooled grapefruit sauce add the cream, stir.
Decorates the salad and stir.
Put the Skeet on top decorate with raspberries. Very bright and juicy taste of this salad.
