Salads for Breakfast are very well blended into our family: quick, tasty, hearty and healthy. Everything you need for a cheerful start of a good day! And here is one of those recipes :) Very summery, vitamin option ;)

Cooking
Couscous mix with half a teaspoon of salt. Boil water. Pour couscous with boiling water (1 Cup and a quarter). Cover the bowl with cling film and leave the grits to swell for 10 minutes (while you prepare the other ingredients.
Cucumber and pepper cut into cubes; parsley and dill finely crumble. Add the chickpeas. Garlic finely chop with a knife. P. S. alternatively, in a salad add one-third Cup red onion (I didn't put it in because we don't eat raw onions). To do this, it can be cover with cold water and leave for 10 minutes to soften the taste.
Mix vegetable mixture with couscous, dressed with oil and lemon, add the cumin, pepper, sugar and the remaining salt. The salad is ready! :)
