Description
Very quick and delicious cake with minimal preparation. Perfect for snacks, for dinner, and Breakfast tea and piece of cake would be OK too. The recipe comes from the program "Control purchase". Originally, the recipe comes from the cookie dough, but I thought it was too greasy and I replaced it with a puff. The replacement was great, and time saving, and delicious :)

Cooking
Let's start with cooking the filling. Finely chop the onion and fry it in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Add turmeric.
On a coarse grater to grate cheese, pre-clearing of skin.
To the polished wood cheese add fried onions and two raw eggs. Mix everything carefully. Add the finely chopped dill. This time I dill not have it and I did without it. Well, the stuffing is ready :) Go to the test.
Roll out one disc of ready puff pastry and transfer it to the form. The dough is quite greasy, so I form no additional oiling. Be sure the dough prick with a fork so that it is not deformed during the baking process. The diameter of my form 24 centimeters.
Fill in the form with the dough with filling, leaving a 0.5 - 1cm to the edge.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees until almost cooked.
Then fill the pie with grated cheese and place in the oven for another 10 minutes for Browning.
Take it out and eat! My husband loves pie cold, but I like it fresh baked, still hot :)))
