Watermelon sorbet
Watermelon sherbet on the basis of Gabala halva.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    1 kg

  • Watermelon

    1 cup

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Citric acid

    0.125 tsp

  • Nuts

    1 cup

  • Raisins

    1 cup

Take sugar and watermelon juice.
