Salad
Fresh, hearty, beautiful salad with a pleasant spicy-sweet-sour sauce.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Apple

    0.5 piece

  • Spinach

    70 g

  • Walnuts

    4 piece

  • Cheese

    60 g

  • Vegetable oil

    30 ml

  • Vinegar

    30 ml

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    0.5 tsp

  • Horseradish

    0.5 tsp

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

Cooking

Wash beets, wrap in foil and bake in the oven for about 1.5 hours at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. Cool, peel, cut into slices and pour Apple cider vinegar for 10 minutes.

Spinach wash, dry, thinly slice.

Peel the onion, cut into half rings, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Apple cut into slices, sprinkle with lemon juice. Put in salad bowl on top of the spinach and onions apples and beets, alternating in a circle. Pour a little sunflower oil "Oleyna".

Cut into cubes or crumble the cheese. Nuts to clean, chop. Put cheese and nuts in a salad bowl.

To make the sauce. For this mix of sunflower oil "Oleyna", horseradish, honey. The sauce is a charming soft pink color :).

Pour the sauce over the salad, garnish with greens. Serve with whole grain bread or buns with sesame seeds. Bon appetite :)!
