Rice balls
Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and stuffed!

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

Cook the rice as for sushi or rolls. It is well washed, put in cold water, bring over high heat to a boil, diminish it and cook until evaporation of all the water. We leave under cover to cool.

Mix the breadcrumbs with salt and crushed paprika and a tablespoon of sunflower oil (if you will fry in aeropittura, if not, then you can do without oil).
