Salmon mousse in Parmesan baskets
A delicate dish, the recipe comes from an Israeli website.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

  • Salmon

    200 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Cream

    120 ml

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Parmesan

    100 g

  • Salt

Parmesan cheese spread on parchment tablespoon and flatten circles with a diameter of 8 cm at a time 4 a mug. Melt in the oven for 7-8 mins at 160 deg.
