Parmesan cheese spread on parchment tablespoon and flatten circles with a diameter of 8 cm at a time 4 a mug. Melt in the oven for 7-8 mins at 160 deg.
Gently remove and put in muffin tins to form the shape of baskets.
The cooled tarts to take out.
Chopped salmon, cheese and chopped onions to put in the blender.
Grind until a homogeneous mass. Add the cream, lemon juice and salt. Mix well.
Fill the tarts with the mousse using a pastry bag and decorate as desired.
