Description

Sweet and sour mousse
All recipes mousses, which I met, was either with gelatin or with semolina, or something completely unsweetened)). But I think mousse should be airy, light, foam, as well as its name :)

Ingredients

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Potato starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Pineapple

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Mint

Cooking

Milk mixed with starch and put on a slow fire.

Beat egg whites with sugar into foam

Add them to milk. All mix well.

Squeezing the juice of half a lemon.

Add the lemon zest.

In the prepared capacity spread surprise :) I have this pineapple, but peaches and berries fresh.

Here is the finished mousse I have. Foam, as you can see, will not go away, the mousse turned out light, sour. But don't expect to, he freezes - it's not jelly, it's like air cream.
