Cooking
For cooking meat take beef and onion.
Sent into a meat grinder and mixed with onion. I grind 2 times to mince creamier.
The eggs boil hard boiled.
Prepare the dough. For me this is the hardest part : -) First, melt the butter.
The finished dough divide into 4 pieces (2 large and 2 smaller). Large part will be used to shape small pieces - will serve as a cover.
Now the most important part - collect Gubadly! Because 2 prepared pie, I used 2 of the form. Roll out the dough and transfer to a baking pan. The first layer put the stuffing.
Next spread a layer of rice.
In figure grate the eggs.
Spread on top of the raisins.
Roll out remaining dough and place it on top and zasiyaet.
Sent in a preheated 180 C oven for about 30 minutes. IRS... Gubadiya ready!
