Gubadiya
Hearty, delicious! Can be served as a main dish or a Cup of tea! Treated as a colleague, describing how his mom makes Gubadly. Could not resist. Tried it and it worked! Prepared from 2 Gubadli - for themselves and for colleagues. Everyone liked it, I hope enjoy you!

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Raisins

Cooking

For cooking meat take beef and onion.

Meat cut into cubes.

The finished dough divide into 4 pieces (2 large and 2 smaller). Large part will be used to shape small pieces - will serve as a cover.

Now the most important part - collect Gubadly! Because 2 prepared pie, I used 2 of the form. Roll out the dough and transfer to a baking pan. The first layer put the stuffing.
