From banks with canned pineapple, drain excess liquid, and then cut the slices into small pieces. If you decide to use fresh fruit, you have to first remove its skin and then have a knife. Celery stem cut into not thick circles.
To make the sauce with vegetable oil "Oleyna with olive oil", connect it with powdered sugar, fresh lemon juice, small amount of salt.
On the bottom of the dish in which you plan to serve the dish, put bright green leaves.
Then pour the sauce in a mix of pineapple and celery and mix thoroughly. On top of the salad leaves lay out the mix. For decorations, use fresh mint or a juicy parsley.
