What could be easier and healthier dinner of fish and vegetables! I propose the idea of dinner "Thursday – fish day!" Heh is composed of the fish and flounder baked in Egypt with spices and vegetable sauce! Delicious dinner will be enjoyed by all fish lovers and not only! Flounder baked in Egypt. Juicy, flavorful fish with spicy flavour vegetable gravy! Great idea for a light dinner!

Ingredients

  • Flounder

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    10 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Ramsons

    30 g

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Saffron

  • Black pepper

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Lemon

    1 piece

Rinse fish, brush. Salt.

Mix the herbs, lemon zest, seasoning, oil and garlic.

The mixture to marinate the fish carcasses for 1 hour.

Scald the tomatoes and remove the skin.
