Carrot cake with Nutella
Carrot cake on the motives of the Brazilian, but with a few changes in the form of whole wheat flour, hazelnut cream and Nutella. Very juicy, flavorful and nutty!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Butter

  • Brown sugar

    175 g

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    175 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    5 g

  • Cinnamon

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Hazelnuts

    30 g

  • Nutella

    100 g

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Powdered sugar

    20 g

Cooking

The products required.

Peel the carrot and grate on a medium grater.

Oil whisk with sugar, ginger and cinnamon.

Add the eggs one at a time.

After each egg, beat well.

To the mixture add the carrots and stir.

Grind hazelnuts and add to the dough (several pieces leave for decoration).

Again mix well.

Flour mixed with baking powder add to batter.

Mix. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Square shape brush with oil (you can lay a paper if you are not sure) and put the dough. I have a form of 21x21.

Bake 45 minutes, let cool slightly in shape, get it and put it on the grill.

Not to seem snobbish to some, but I like it a lot better than the store. According to the recipe in Nutella (store-bought) should add the softened butter and powdered sugar, beat well. But I'm a Nutella homemade butter add, for my taste it's perfect!
