Cooking
That is needed for muffin ingredients.
Bananas to clear, use a blender or just fork to mash into a puree.
In the egg-sugar mixture add milk and banana puree. Stir well.
In a separate bowl sift the flour, baking powder and ground cardamom.
Pour in the sifted flour mixture vegetable oil.
Then add the banana-egg mixture. Mix well with a spoon. The dough consistency like thick cream.
Now let's strategem. Softened butter, flour, cinnamon and sugar, to RUB hands until crumbs
