Marzipan cookies
Delicate and crumbly shortbread cookies with the taste of marzipan.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Marzipan

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Starch

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Beat butter with sugar, in small pieces, add the marzipan, carefully whisk (I did it with a blender to obtain a homogeneous mixture). Then add the egg. Flour, starch and baking powder mix well and knead the dough.

Using a pastry bag transplant on the laid paper baking different figures (about 20 pieces on 1 baking sheet).

Bake in a preheated 190 degrees oven for about 10-12 min In the last 2-3 minutes, it is better not to move away from the oven, the cookies brown very quickly. The main thing is not to overdo!!! Remove and allow to cool completely. Enjoy your tea!!!
