Mussels in batter
Unusual and delicious. Very good dish combined with a sauce of yogurt and herbs.

Ingredients

  • Mussels

    650 g

  • Flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Beer

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 cup

Cooking

Mussels, pour 2 cups of water, salt and cook for 7 minutes.

Cool and remove pulp from shells.

Prepare the dough a good stir.

Heat oil. Mussels strung on skewers, dip in batter and drop in oil. Fry until Golden brown.

Remove on a paper towel.

The dish is ready. Can be served with a sauce: to do this, finely chop fresh herbs (dill, parsley, cilantro) and mix with yogurt.
