Swedish Apple pie
Well, very tasty pie! It was so delicious that we ate it all at once :)

Ingredients

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Vegetable oil

    60 g

  • Sugar

    130 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

  • Lemon peel

Cooking

Peeled apples cut into slices, sprinkle with fresh lemon juice

You bake the nuts in a dry pan over moderate heat. Allow to cool and chop coarsely with a knife

Over moderate heat, melt the butter, pour into a bowl. Add the vegetable oil, sugar, egg

Add vanilla, lemon zest and mix thoroughly

Mix the flour with salt and baking powder and sift into the bowl with the egg-oil mixture. Add chopped nuts

Lightly grease the form of oil with a diameter of about 25 cm and spread on the bottom of the apples, smooth

Spoon to spread the resulting paste on a layer of apples in the form, flatten

Send in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for about 50-60 minutes. On top of the cake sprinkled with powdered sugar!
