Moussaka with zucchini
Moussaka is a dish :) of Greek cuisine :) very tasty and satisfying. Offer to visit and try :)

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 kg

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Oregano

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Walnuts

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Dry red wine

    100 ml

Cooking

Zucchini peel, remove seeds and cut into pieces; fry both sides until Golden brown and place on towel to glass excess oil

Onions finely chop and fry the onions add the mince and fry until crumbly state of the tomato peel, finely chop and add to the mince

In the beef add the cinnamon, oregano, and pour in the wine and season with salt and pepper simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes, until liquid is evaporated

Prepare sauce: melt butter and add flour, stirring to avoid lumps then pour warm milk and remove from heat add milk, grated cheese, and coarsely ground walnuts enter the eggs and mix well

To form the first layer spread half of the zucchini on zucchini layer of potatoes, sliced 0.5 cm for potato stuffing

For stuffing spread the remaining zucchini

All cover with the sauce and place into a preheated oven at 180 deg. bake 40-45 minutes
