Melt chocolate with butter. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat egg yolks with sugar. Whites with the salt. Almond grind in a coffee grinder.
To connect all. No whip, but with a wooden spoon. Bake in mould - 26 cm, greased, for 45 minutes at 80*
The finished cake to cool.
Make the cream. Boil the cream with the addition of vanilla. Move the yolks with the sugar, add the hot cream. Beat.
The cream is ready. Melt the chocolate, allow to cool and mix with 1/2 part cream.
Additionally took this cream, because my cream was (for lack of cream), one serving.
Cooled Korzh cut into 2 parts, spread the butter cream, put the second cake, spread the chocolate cream. Decorate the cake put in the fridge. Enjoy your tea!!!)))
