Pancakes with full sun
Very fragrant, sweet, smelling mackerel pancakes, bring a lot of pleasure and variety in vegetarian menu. The hardest part is to gather strength for cutting mackerel.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

  • Water

    600 ml

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

Cooking

Warm water, yeast, flour and a pinch of salt and pepper and knead the dough. Leave to stand in a warm place about 30 minutes.

Mackerel to fillet, remove the skin, entrails and bones.

Finely slice. It is advisable to marinate the mackerel for 15-20 minutes in mixture of soy sauce and lemon juice. But who don't have time, you can do so..

Chop onions, carrots grate on a coarse grater and fry in vegetable oil 2 Laurel leaves, until transparent onion. Add sliced mackerel fillet.

Add the soy sauce.

And lemon juice, mix well. Fry 4-5 minutes on medium heat. Off to remove the Laurel leaves.

Add chopped dill and stir.

Heat a non-stick small frying pan (18cm f), spread 1 tablespoon roasted mackerel with vegetables and pour pancake.
