The recipe attracted by the ease of preparation. Decided to try it. The result was worth the time spent. Delicious. Pears with sauce D arbo wild lingonberries turned out soft and juicy, with a slight acidity!

Cooking
Pear wash (if desired, they can be cleaned, I didn't do it, and so they turned out soft and juicy). (for the cake is better to take small pears)
With thickened side of the pear carefully cut the core, leaving the tails intact, drizzle with lemon juice
Separate the yolks from proteins, mix with sugar and softened butter, add grated on a small grater, lemon zest, yogurt, cinnamon, mix
Add 1 Cup flour and baking powder, mix well
Then gently mix with whipped into foam proteins
Separate 1/3 of the dough, little by little, constantly vimosewa, add just enough flour to make soft dough. Roll it into a round reservoir, put in a greased form, making high sides
Pears stuffed with sauce D arbo
On the bottom of the form to install pear tails upwards, pour the batter. Bake in the oven at 180C for 30-40 minutes, readiness check wooden skewer (the top of the cake, I smeared the frosting gel )
