Cuttlefish with young potatoes
Tasty and tender, the heroes of my next dish is cuttlefish. Their pleasant and delicious meat allows you to create, easily, a very elegant dishes that will surely satisfy any discriminating taste and aesthetic sense.

Ingredients

  • Seafood

    6 piece

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Tomato

    8 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Oregano

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

A small entry. So small potatoes can be eaten with the peel, but my dear flatly refused in this form it used, so I had to clean it for an hour, why my fingers are black. So, decide right away which value to choose potatoes :-) and whether it peel :-)

Wash and clean the cuttlefish: remove the film (if they are small, then only rinsed), to pull out of the inside bag, remove the eyes and hard body parts. This process is not photographed, it was not assistants. Cut into strips of width 1 see

Chop and fry onion in olive oil.

Add the cuttlefish and saute 2 minutes.

Then pour the wine and over high heat allow to evaporate the alcohol.

Add the potatoes and mashed tomatoes. Cover and cook until potatoes are done. Salt.

Can add oregano immediately with the tomato puree, I poured directly into the bowl, because my daughter does not eat grass :-)
