Description
This sauce is good because it can be cooked and pork and beef ribs, and chicken. The meat turns out very tender and delicious! Try it, my family approved!

Cooking
Cut the meat into portioned pieces,
On a dry pan melt the sugar until brown,
and pour in the water. Allow to boil, stirring constantly.
Now to the sugar add the soy sauce (I added 3 tbsp), spices and a little salt.
And now to the sauce, spread the meat and onion. Stir.
Cover with a lid and simmer on slow heat for 50-70 minutes.
And here is our result!!!
