Pita with feta and red pepper
A very worthy recipe for unusual sweet-and-salty pastries from masters of their craft Stelios Pallaresa. For those who want more flavor, I would suggest to reduce the amount of sugar, leaving it just a little bit.

Ingredients

  • Feta

  • Flour

    165 g

  • Almonds

    250 g

  • Butter

    225 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Pepper

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Put the feta in the bowl of a blender and grind thoroughly.
